Multiple Sales/Client for Life Approach
I am a new agent working with SBGI and I love the way they have made things so EZ for me to do business. The tools they have made available to me as a Preferred Agent, like the MSA presentation, Mobile Office, and Life calculator, allow me to offer the products and services to more clients in less time. During my last appointment I hit a Grand Slam! I sold four products and got seven referrals! It was totally awesome! If things keep going like this I will never run out of prospects.

Client Management System
Having many years experience selling insurance, I have finally found a client management system that is user-friendly and sensible. IEZ Quote not only keeps my client information current, but it helps me stay productive in an increasingly busier workday. This helps me to be the agent of choice in my city.

Access Anytime, Anywhere
The IEZ Quote System is user friendly for me as a novice with computers. I can actually do business anytime, anywhere with this system. I can be a thousand miles away and have instant access to my client's complete information and history. I can access all their lines of insurance, not just their health. I can access their family health history, when their policies renew, what coverage they now have, and what changes have been made since the policy was written. I can even read the notes of phone conversations I have had with the client.

Selling Short-Term Policies Online:
The IEZ Quote system has made applying for a short-term policy a breeze. The agent or client has only to log into IEZ Quote and click on Enroll Clients Online. An individual medical short-term policy can be issued right on line, without any paper needed. Or if you wish, the application can be printed from the screen. One of our agents in Utah said he couldn't believe how easy it is to sell the short-term policy now.

Using the Search Option
The search function on the IEZ Quote System is wonderful. It saves me so much time looking for agents and clients. When I need to enter information regarding a newly issued policy for a client, I can just click on search and look for the agent or client's name and put in the information I need. There is no wondering who the client's agent is, either. It is listed next to the client's information after I have found the client using the search program. Different search criteria are available. I can search for agents using different criteria for different reasons. Or I can search for all Fortis agents, all North American agents and others to send out mass e-mails or letters, etc. I have had to do my data entry the other way and this is 10 times faster. I love it.

Entering a Group
The first time I used the IEZ Quote System I was able to put in a law firm with 13 employees in just an hour and a half. The trick was giving the usernames and passwords to all the employees, as well as the HR Director. Within a week, they had all put their information in the system, including medical information! It was the fastest and easiest data entry work I had ever done on a group, because the employees did most of it! Then the group was ready for the Pre-screen procedure to shop it to several carriers. It doesn't get any better than that!

Shopping a Group
I had a group that wanted to search other companies and premiums. They were already in the IEZ Quote System, so I updated their information and sent a Pre-screen to other companies for a quote. It took maybe 15 minutes at the most for this process.

Agent Support
I have input individual applications for agents and notes regarding the client's application and policy, and whatever else needed. It is so convenient to sit at my desk and be able to look up the clients without having to pull files and take care of matters. It does even more than that. It is all at my fingertips.
